Q2. Are you factory?
A: Yes, we have two factories. One is assembling factory, the other is hardware producing factory. We have different company names, but we have the same boss group. Our factory company name is Hangzhou Yulan Technology Co.Ltd.
Q3. What is your main products?
A: Sublimation printer, eco solvent printer, t shirt printer and heat transfer machine.
Q4. Do you have other products besides machines?
A: Yes, besides machines, we also have sublimation paper, sublimation ink, eco solvent ink, water-based ink, and our machines spare parts.
Q5. What is the guarantee?
A: For machine parts, we have one year guarantee. For motor, three months guarantee. For spare parts touching with ink, such as ink sat, ink pump, printhead, we have no guarantee. It's all the same in the market.
Q6. What is your after-sale service?
A: We help install through teamviewer, if you have problem when you use the machine, we will teach you online. These are all for free. If needed, we can also send engineers to your place, but you need to pay their travel expense.
Q7. How to make order?
A: First consult to us what kind of machine you need, Second send material sample to us to print, Third confirm the order, Fourth pay the money, Fifth we send the machine out to you, Sixth help install online, Seventh daily support online.
If you need not to print material samples, it' OK. Confirm everything with us.
Q8. How about Payment?
A: Pay 30% in advance, we assemble the machine for you. Then pay the rest before we send the machine out, when we almost finish assembling we will let you know.
We can do T/T, Western Union and Money Gram.
Our T shirt printer can print on every color T shirt, Wei clothing, cloth bag, and so on. As long as they are cotton or more than 80% cotton cloth.
T shirt printer prints on light-colored clothing is quick, on dark-colored clothing is a little slow. Because it needs to print white color first and then other colors.
